The Human Resources department is responsible for:
Personnel policy compliance and implementation, recruitment and selection process, benefits administration, performance evaluations, and all related personnel issues.
The Agency is comprised of approximately 300 employees
that belong to 3 components which make up Nueces County
Community Action Agency: Housing, Community Services
and Birth to Five Head Start.
